Defective product will be replaced, free of charge! This has never happened to us, but its important to say it. Otherwise, and for reasons that are probably obvious, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you experience special circumstances/questions that are not addressed on our website, or if you are considering a purchase and feel unsure whether the Keeper or Moon Cup will be right for you then please contact us. We will do our very best to help you.
We ship all orders via USPS which usually takes 5 – 7 days within the United States. Once your order is shipped we will send a tracking number so that you can confirm the exact delivery date.
If your order seems to be taking too long to arrive, please track your package using the tracking number we provided. If the carrier indicates your package has been delivered then, sadly, we can’t help you! Contact your mail carrier for help. If you never received tracking information from us then call or email us right away!
